Our Story
Venuos grew out of a local discovery platform we built in Saigon to help people find great places to eat and drink. While working on that product, we spent time with dozens of venue owners and kept hearing the same frustration: the tools available to run a restaurant in Southeast Asia were either too basic, too expensive, or designed for markets that didn't understand local needs.
So we built Venuos — a complete restaurant operating system designed from day one for Southeast Asian markets. Multi-currency support, Vietnamese e-invoice compliance, local delivery logistics, and payroll that understands Vietnamese labor law — alongside world-class POS, kitchen display, and online ordering.
We're still early, actively onboarding our first venues and partners. Our goal is to give every independent restaurant and cafe the same operational tools that large chains take for granted — POS, bookings, ordering, staff management, loyalty, and a beautiful online presence — all in one affordable platform.
